An update to an earlier story...Ocean City officials have now declared a Phase 3 evacuation beginning at midnight tonight.  No one will be allowed access into Ocean City after midnight tonight, and everyone must be evacuated by 5pm tomorrow. 

 

Phase 3 also includes the following:

The Mayor declares a local State of Emergency

The sale of alcohol is banned and all businesses are asked to close immediately in Ocean City.

Everyone other than emergency personnel are asked to evacuate.

Incoming traffic is limited to emergency personnel.
