As you attend Thanksgiving festivities, keep the food you eat on your brain, as well as in your stomach.  Overall, it will make for a healthier you.  Here's some food for thought this Thanksgiving...

Be Thankful For Your Turkey Because:

    Vitamin B 3 lowers blood cholesterol.
    Vitamin B 6 helps to maintain the tone of muscles.
    It contains protein, selenium, niacin and vitamin B12.
    It's low in fat, contains folic acid, zinc and potassium.
    It aids in tissue repair, heart disease and birth defects.
    The amino acid tryptophan helps to kill cancer cells.
    The mood enhancer serotonin is made from tryptophan.
    It helps to maintain testosterone levels in men, which improves sex drive.
    Selenium gives you healthy skin and helps with brain function.
