The Ocean City Lions Club recently presented an electric wheelchair to Mindy Lupiwok.  Pictured from left to right are Lions President Norm Cathell, Treasurer Greg Cathell, Mindy (front) and her husband Mike Lupiwok.  The Ocean City Lions loan medical equipment free of charge to the community.
