Jim Motsko of the White Marlin Open presented a check to Rina Thaler, executive director of the Art League of Ocean City, in sponsorship of the nonprofit’s upcoming Artists Paint OC Plein Air Festival Aug. 9-13, an annual event that coincides with the fishing tournament.
